We deliver to Vancouver six days a week and to Burnaby and New Westminster once a week!
Delivery is $6 with a $45 minimum purchase. We deliver between 5pm and 8pm! Please be available during the entire delivery window.
There are limited delivery slots each day - if the date you are trying to pick is unavailable, we are most likely full for that time slot! If you order for Burnaby/New West you may need to order early for availability to be guaranteed.
We prefer to leave deliveries on door steps or in lobbies if possible. Please note where to leave your delivery when ordering and provide buzzer no. and all relevant info we need to find you! Failure to provide accurate information may result in a missed delivery.
There was a missing/wrong item! What should I do?
While we work very hard to make sure your delivery arrives perfectly - we are human and sometimes we make mistakes. In this instance, please either call the store during opening hours, or email email@example.com with your order no. and we would love to help correct our error! Please do not message our delivery drivers - they are not able to assist you and your message may get lost.
I missed my delivery! What should I do?
To avoid this, please let us know should anything prevent you from receiving your delivery - you can call the store at 604 873 4141 to inform us before 5pm. If you miss your delivery, we may charge a redelivery fee, or alternatively arrange to have you come pick up your order. Please call the store the following day or email firstname.lastname@example.org to follow up should you miss your delivery.
Can you deliver it right to my apartment door?
Yes - however to try and limit our delivery drivers' exposure to others we prefer to avoid elevators and leave your delivery in a lobby or mailroom if possible. When not possible, please provide a buzzer number and any additional information, especially when you live in a weird place! (no judgement some buildings are just confusing!) Otherwise in the "Notes" section please leave instructions on where we can safely leave your delivery. If your building is not following Covid safety guidelines, we request that you collect your order from the main door.
Can I bring my cat to meet you at the door?
Yes! It makes Sara happy :)
