- Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and with original receipt.

We have a deep understanding that cats can be hard to predict and can also take a long time to
come round to new things. We appreciate your understanding that no one likes to pay full-price
for used items and we are unable to absorb the loss of accepting returns beyond the policy we
